Do you suffer from
Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia
Stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia are very common complaints that we see in the clinic. Lying awake at night with the weight of the world on your shoulders, unable to live in the moment, because you’re constantly worried about the future?
Sounds like you might be suffering from stress, **anxiety, or even **depression (in conjunction with anti-depressants) and **insomnia you’d be in good company – this is the new norm for today’s society, but it needn’t be that way.
There is a better way. You can sleep soundly again and you can be happy again.
From **Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder to addictions, stress, **anxiety disorders, **depression (in conjunction with antidepressants) and **insomnia, alternative therapies can help support your existing treatment plan.
Take for instance acupuncture, which helps improve blood circulation not only increasing the amount of oxygen carried around your body (giving you more energy), but increasing the removal of cortisol (associated with insomnia, anxiety and depression) and waste products.
Acupuncture therapy also works in conjunction with your existing treatment to lower the heart rate, blood pressure and relax muscles; Shiatsu therapy, reflexology therapy and acupressure work in a similar way for similar results; while a remedial massage therapy mixed with aromatherapy will have you literally melting off the treatment bed.
You deserve a good night’s sleep, and you deserve to enjoy life, so don’t just put up with it.
Contact us today to discuss our many services and live, look and feel your best again.

PROFESSIONAL EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE
Under Australian National Law, claims of efficacy of treatment are required to be made with reference to research of a high standard.
Traditionally Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years, in many countries, world wide to assist with a wide range of conditions. However, not all have evidence of efficacy that meet Australian National Law requirements.
I have therefore grouped and colour coded the conditions treated into three different areas, as follows:
*STRONG EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE EFFICACY OF ACUPUNCTURE
**MODERATE EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE EFFICACY OF ACUPUNCTURE
***WEAK POSITIVE / UNCLEAR EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE EFFICACY OF ACUPUNCTURE
Additional conditions may potentially benefit from using Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, however western scientific evidence may not yet exist for these.
